Initial sample at no charge
One initial standard sample package, including one standard outbound shipment, may be offered after qualification, scope confirmation and availability review. Taxes, duties and special costs are confirmed separately.
Three follow-up sampling iterations
After the first paid custom trial, up to three later iterations within the same verified project may have sample-making charges waived. Freight, taxes and major scope changes are confirmed separately.
Technical-document coordination
Coordinate applicable specifications, samples and available technical documents as the project advances.
On-site Europe project discussion
Qualified priority-market projects may be considered for an on-site discussion at the customer's company during GRECHO's Europe visit; scheduling and written confirmation are required.

Do I need a complete specification?
No. Submit the information you have. A short application need is enough to start, and our team can collect missing details during follow-up.
Is every first sample automatically free?
No. One initial standard sample package, including one standard outbound shipment, may be offered after project qualification, scope confirmation and availability review. Taxes, duties, special tooling, costly materials, special processes or expedited logistics are confirmed separately.
What do the three follow-up iterations cover?
After the first paid custom trial, up to three subsequent iterations within the same verified project may have sample-making charges waived. Freight, taxes, special tooling, costly materials and major scope changes are confirmed separately.
Does submission guarantee an on-site Europe visit?
No. Qualified priority-market projects may be considered for an on-site discussion at the customer's company during GRECHO's Europe visit, but every visit requires feasibility review, scheduling and written confirmation.
